You feel emotions in your everyday life, and they make a HUGE impact, but there are no bad emotions
People think that punching something will help you with your emotions, but it really just makes you angrier and in the habit to hit something when your emotional. Instead you should take deep breaths, admit to yourself how you feel, and focus on the right words.
If someone else is feeling down then try and talk to them, but remember you aren't a professional therapist
Eustress-can happen before events and games, it gives you energy and is good
Distress-it's not good and happens when your nervous, it can happen if you have to much work to do
When you experience stress your muscles contract, your sight heightens, and you get more sugar in your blood stream
If you're stressed you should...
- Talk to somebody
- Get more sleep
- Take breaks
- Eat healthy
- Get exercise
- Stay away from drugs and alcohol
This is when someone's specifically targeting and trying to make you feel bad repeatedly, it is not when someone is being mean(being snarky, not liking ideas, rude remarks, etc.) because there is a big difference between both of them.
The victim later on may be...
- suicidal, get depression, anxiety, or stress
The bully is...
- likely to be a criminal by 24, and not have a good record
