The author of the AMAZING Book Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast, Josh Funk, took time during his lunch break to speak to the Castleberry Elementary 2nd Graders!

Not only did he take time from his busy day to speak to us, he also READ to us!!! WOW! The CE 2nd Graders were so excited to hear an author, of one of their favorite books, read to them!
We learned that it took Mr. Funk 4 Years to write and publish Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast! Did you know the Illustrator is from England?
Earlier this week in preparation for our Google Hangout we created obstacle courses for Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast to go through on their journey to the last drop of syrup!
We used Sphero's Ollie to race through the courses!
