Message from the Superintendent
Spring brings a refreshing vibe to the Austin area and our students. Whether we are jamming at SXSW or hoping in a canoe at Town Lake - our adventurous city invigorates and excites our students to get involved. This Spring, Harmony students displayed their talents at the SXSWedu Learning Expo, the Pflugerville STEAM Fest, and the Austin Regional Science Fair competition. Four of our own middle school students were nominated for the 2018 Broadcom MASTERS national science competition. Harmony students also volunteered for It's My Park Day and they assisted in the running of our first polling site for the primary elections held at the Political Science campus. In the sports arena, our Pflugerville track team placed first in the state competition. Our Districtwide Teachers of the Year were selected and we are so thankful to have their talents at Harmony Public Schools - Austin.
