Digital Communication

Digital Literacy is being able to comprehend what information is being given to you online. It is also being able to access books, and communicate online. For example, if you were video conferencing someone during a meeting at work, you would also be using digital literacy. Digital literacy is knowing how to use technology appropriately too.

Digital Health and Wellness

Digital health and wellness is knowing that technology can be harmful if you are not careful. It can affect you physically and mentally. If you are staring at a screen for too long, you could end up having eye problems, or sitting on the computer for too long instead of exercise could cause you to gain weight. Digital health and wellness is having knowledge of how to prevent stress, anxiety, and depression. What you see online can affect the way you feel. Although it might sound silly, technology causing health problems is a real, and dangerous thing.
