Making Healthy Students A Class For Making Liberty Active

A normal student now has trouble finding time to exercise due to the business of their schedule and studies.

Creating a class at the gym to make students healthy would help the entire campus.

Liberty has many group exercises that could be incorporated into the class to give people a way to try different exercises.

Using different types of exercises can be used to make the class more enjoyable.

Mixing up the exercises can make the workout effect all of the body.

There are many types of workouts that Liberty has access to even outside the gym.

The class throughout the semester will improve peoples health until they can exercise on their own.

The goal of the class will be to make students healthy for college and long term.
