Stress is defined as tension both mentally and physically that effects everyone's everyday lives. Such as school, family, work, and other social experiences.
Stress is the leading symptom in people who suffer from depression. With this being said, it is imperative that we identify symptoms of stress in young children and help alleviate whatever it is that stresses them.
Physical activity is a natural relaxation method that has been practiced for generations. We should take it upon ourselves to instill a common routine of physical activity in the lives of these young children.
In conclusion, physical activity is a major stress reliever and should be a vital part in the lives of younger children in our generation. If we set the example of healthy practices then these children will uphold these healthy habits for generations to come.
