I realized that I wasted my time living a lie and to a point that I was being manipulated by people I cannot tolerate. I was living inside this bubble, a place where I am considered as a rebel if I don't follow the norm and where I wasn't given the chance to travel and discover new places. I was so controlled that I wasn't even allowed to go and hang out with my friends. And it sucks bigtime. It was so bad that it was only in 2016 where I am slowly becoming used to living and eating in the south.
One of a few reasons on why it's more fun living and eating out in the south is Beefy's New York Grill in Nuvali. If you're a fan of burgers, hotdogs and wings, then this is the place for you!
Marc Nocon makes it a point to diversify his way for wings and burgers at Beefy's New York Grill, much like what he did which contributed to the success of his other restaurant Burgers n Brewskies. At Beefy's you can try the Garlic Parmesan Wings with a hint of Sriracha, or Aladeen wings with flavors pushing towards the mediterranean side.
Or go on a Mexican frenzy of flavors with some Chimichurri fries and Chili con Nachos. You can really see that most of the items on the Beefy's menu are inspired by Marc's travels around the world.
But my addiction lies in this simple but satisfying bowl of crispy delicious Spam fries! Rice, anyone?
I've also had my share of their ultimately good burgers, sandwiches and all beef hotdogs that they call DAWGS. My personal favorites are the General Tso's Chicken Sandwich, the Bacon Jam on top of their dawgs and Beefy's Tribeca!
