Indie-harmony act Plazza release their debut single ‘Lead Me To Temptation’ from their new E.P August 3rd, 2018. Written and arranged by Helena Plazza, ‘Lead Me To Temptation’ is influenced by the perpetual Sunday church services attended in childhood. Plazza states “‘Lead Me To Temptation’ is a combatant prayer - one that resists the institutional power that organised religion holds over love and morality”.

The members of Plazza include Helena Plazza, Monica Ludekens, Marcella Wright and Bella Chwasta. They combine percussion and entrancing vocal harmonies that rally the feminine spirit. Their self titled E.P was recorded at Audrey Studios in Coburg and was produced, engineered and mixed by Anna Laverty (Courtney Barnett/Meg Mac). The three songs are a vocal collaboration between five feature artists and a live choir of six. ‘Lead Me To Temptation’ features an enigmatic performance by guest artist Julie Montan (Soft Rubbish / Lovers of the Blackbird) in Part II of the song.

The official music video to ‘Lead Me To Temptation’ is set to be released August 3rd, 2018. The video is a collaboration between Plazza and artist/photographer Amanda Santamaria. The clip embodies themes of voyeurism and cultic devotion. Inspired by Peter Weir's 'Picnic at Hanging Rock', the video was shot among the beautiful Australian bush landscape and beach setting of the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria.
