Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms of your policy before making a selection. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase insurance.

Payment Terms
Pricing is subject to change without notice as rates are not locked. Reserve soon to secure the existing rate. All payments made to Stars N Skyes Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. We have contractual obligations that we must fulfill and are therefore unable to provide any refunds. It is your responsibility to have open lines of communication with your roommate to be certain that all parties are making payments on time. All changes, if possible, will incur a $50 change fee per occurrence by Stars N Skyes Travel, in addition to additional fees that may be imposed by the tour operator. All changes must be emailed to groups@starsnskyes.com. It is your responsibility to make sure that we receive your final payment in our office on time, within our normal business hours of 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Monday - Friday. The acceptance of late payments is at the discretion of the tour operator and will be charged a $100 fee by Stars N Skyes Travel. All late payments must be approved by a representative of Stars N Skyes Travel. It is your responsibility to communicate with your roommate and Stars N Skyes Travel if you are faced with a financial hardship. The sooner you relay this information, the better chances we have of making alternative arrangements.
STARS N SKYES Travel (“SNS”) acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider. SNS is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules. For this trip, SNS acts as a sales agent for the vacation wholesalers. SNS assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under SNS’s control. You hereby release SNS from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. It takes time to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel. Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs. I also contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Be advised that Stars N Skyes Travel charges a cancellation fee in the amount of $50 per person in the event that you cancel your booking.

SAFETY: SNS has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, SNS recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, SNS recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release SNS from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
SNS is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the program arranged by SNS. SNS shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any Act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes over which it has no control. SNS accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, hotel overbooking, social and labor unrest, terrorist activities, war, quarantine, or any other causes, actions or omissions, or conditions over which it has no control.
Travel Protection Insurance Details
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. By not receiving Travel Protection Insurance You understand that you are solely responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. You will also make your own separate travel, medical and any other provisions in the event of an emergency while you are traveling. You also understand that you are not protected from loss in the event of any travel vendor, travel supplier or any travel-related operator default. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You understand that you are solely liable for all airline fees, supplier fees, and agency fees that may apply, and you hereby release Stars N Skyes Travel and its travel professionals from any and all liability related to this trip.
Photo and Video Release
By participating in a Stars N Skyes Travel hosted trip you hereby give permission for images captured during said event through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Stars N Skyes Travel promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
