Wildlife Garden For Brogdale National Collections Designed by Wonderful Gardens Ltd

The Brief - Take an idea focused on wildlife, meadows, ponds and natural habitats, which is drawn around learning and educational involvement of children and adults alike.

Focus the garden on natural elements, colour, habitats and wildlife and draw upon the original idea.

Include water to attract newts, frogs, birds, insects and aquatic flora and fauna.

A photo was taken of the existing space in preparation for a concept CGI image to convey a snippet of how the space may look.

In this composition we overlaid the original image with a pond, some wild flowers and even a hint of a blue sky!

Our next step was to survey the area and plot the layout and boundary of the space and build on the concept.

Pre Presentation Concept

Technical drawings set out the dimensions, setting out and scale of some of the fixed objects with the design.

We then create a coloured visual cross section of one of the technical drawings to show depth and scope of pond.

The Final Drawing sets out the details of the design, annotated and highlights depth, shadow and flow of the project.
