Jaime: Helping people is something that I have always been drawn to.

Altruism is the belief in or practice of a selfless concern for the well-being and happiness of others.

Maximum: The building blocks of society are seeing the other person's struggle and making it your own.

Friendship

Jaime: The friendships in my life have taught me how to really live. I will always cherish all the memories I have made.

Maximum: Life is filled with pain, hurt, and disappointments, but a friend saves us from falling into misery and loneliness.

Growth

Jaime: My struggle with mental health has never been easy, but the battle has helped me become the best version of myself. I am constantly on the path of self-improvement and self-reflection.

Maximum: Sharing your experiences with others helps you heal and grow into the person that "you want" to be. Our exchange allowed us to open up our treasure chest and share the buried parts of our lives that we kept anchored in out past, and in other people's opinions of us.

Reform

Jaime: The importance of this adventure can extend outside our exchange. Through our discussion of reform we've begun to scratch the surface of what needs to be done.

Maximum: Empowering children is how we help them to address their issues. Together we change. Together we help. Together we resolve. Together we build our future. Reform our treasure chest.
