In April, TechSpace facilitated a mega workshop for 80 young people from Munster Junior Rugby Supporters Club. They created cool little Scribble Bots and customised them as Munster players. They got to meet some of the players too!

A great big thanks to all the educators who took part in the Scribble Bot training workshop in the morning! They did a fantastic job facilitating the mega workshop with the junior supporters. And a big shout out to TJ and James from YMCA Ireland who did a stellar job hosting the event with us! Check out the video below:

Matthew has changed role within the TechSpace Programme. He's now working as the TechSpace STEM Project Officer.

70 youth groups nationwide will be trained to work through technology-enhanced activities spanning electronics, robotics and coding to music, arts and crafts as part of this major new initiative. This is a two year project funded by the Science Foundation Ireland with additional support from Inver and ESB, amongst others.

The first set of trainings kick off in June in Dublin and we're looking forward to delivering this project nationally over the next two years!
