Project Description

Our three man wrecking crew was tasked with the most difficult challenge of lifting a minimal 100 grams of markers to a given height using a custom build. We used an efficient and effective way to anchor our motors and brick to the Lego Wall so that the force would not destroy our design. We also used common household string to lift the weight.

The motors were programmed to rotate counterclockwise at a constant speed in order to ravel two strings attached to a base carrying 100 grams and subsequently lift the required weight to the given height.

What I Learned...

We learned the most effective way to strongly fortify a design to a Lego Wall. This included which Lego pieces worked best with the wall and which did not offer enough support to withstand the weight being lifted.
