How to Run Hayden Goodpaster

Running all starts with form. Your form needs to look like you are walking up a flight of stairs.
You need to keep your arms and legs parallel with your hips and shoulders for the most comfortable position.
There needs to be a slight angle in your back in order to keep you weight forward and not pulling you backwards.
Running comes natural to many people but there is a lot of hidden technique to it as well.
