Skeletal, Musular, connective tissue system

Bones:bones are everywhere in your body, our bones give our bodies shape and support and protect our organs and systems, try not to brake it if you do drink lots of dairy products that will help.https://kidshealth.org/en/kids/bones.html?ref=search

Muscles: they are everywhere in your body. Muscles do everything from pumping blood through out the body to help us lift something heavy. To keep your muscles healthy you can exercise every day and eating fruits, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, and bread.

Tendons: tendons are found everywhere that your bones and muscles are. Tendons are made of tough tissue attached to your muscles and your bones. Tendons require weeks of additional rest to heal. You may need to make long term changes in types of activities you do or how you do them.

Ligaments: ligaments are found everywhere where your bones are. Ligaments stop the bones from moving around to much or in the wrong way. Ligaments (ACL) will be better if you get surgery as well as 6 to 12 months of rehabilitation.

Cartilage: cartilage is found in various parts of your body including between bones. They are in between your bones so they don't rub together. You can take care of your cartilage by exercise, rest, and Evan go on a heathy diet.
