Virtual Fitness Program
49ers PREP presented by U.S. Bank recently launched its Virtual Fitness Program. The Virtual Fitness Program is structured to align with the California Fitness Standards, enhancing participants in the areas of (1) Abdominal Strength & Endurance, (2) Aerobic Capacity, (3) Body Composition, (4) Flexibility, (5) Upper Body Strength & Endurance, and (6) Trunk Extensor Strength and Flexibility.
Since the program's launch, over 63,000 participants have accessed and engaged with the digital content. 52% of participating schools are Title 1 designated sites, and over 57% of participants have never participated in 49ers PREP programming before. The Virtual Fitness Program content is also available in Spanish.
