Farmer member bring their coffee cherries to the washing station, where it is further sorted for ripeness. Once sorted the coffee is pulped and fermented dry (not submerged in water) for approx 18-30 hours. Once fermented the coffee is washed extensively and put on raised beds where the coffee will dry for about 8 - 14 days.
