Food on your wedding day should be awesome, it’s that simple. Local, healthy and organic food is best. My specialty is classic Provincial and French Canadian, Rustic Italian and Pan Asian Fusion. I have worked on three continents and have extensively traveled, consistently learning about culture, language and food.

It would be our pleasure to provide exceptional food and a unique service on your big day. My experienced team will ensure utmost attention to detail. Most menus and wines can be custom-made to your budget and requirements, such as vegetarians or friends or family with allergies, everything from light Tapas to luxury cocktail reception to three, four or five courses, Please feel free to contact me at anytime.

At the private dining room at the Paintbox Lodge I introduced new and exciting dishes, sourcing organic meat and produce from Alberta farms. Our client feedback was fantastic; We received many wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor and an award of excellence. I currently work with many local experienced vendors, luxury condo venues and wedding planners to organize and facilitate dream weddings.

I specialize in BBQ ribs, and only use Broek Pork Acres Farms Berkshire pork, it's simply the best. Berkshire pigs are said to be "Britain's oldest pig breed", originally bred in the Farringdon and Wantage regions of the English county of Berkshire (now Oxfordshire). They apparently became popular after being 'discovered' by Cromwell's troops while they were stationed at Reading during the English Civil War. Today's animals descend from the herd maintained by the House of Windsor 300 years ago. Berkshires are early-maturing black pigs, and often have white on their legs, faces, and the tips or their tails. The snouts are dished and are of medium length. The ears are fairly large and are erect or slightly leaned forward. They have fine wrinkle-free necks and well-sloped shoulder blades. They have short, straight legs and a straight underline belly.
