Bananas 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌

Bananas are an incredibly delicious and multi-purpose food! Each banana contains a fair amount of fiber, potassium, and essential viatmins that humans need to be healthy. They also are able to keep the stomach feeling full longer, as bananas moderate blood sugar after eating. The fiber and starch they contain has the ability to to feed bacteria in the stomach that fights colon cancer. On top of these benefits, scientific studies show that eating bananas 4-6 times a week can help reduce the risk of colon cancer by 50 percent.!

Did you know that the scientific name for banana is musa sapientum, which means β€œfruit of the wise men"?
