All New Signature Dish with Chef Mark & Christy Casper

The new Dinner Only menu, which debuts on Wednesday, February 15th, features a wide variety of carefully crafted creations including mediterranean veal, pepper jack hush puppies, three unique salads and decadent desserts. But the dish that really stands out this month is the Seafood Cioppino, featuring shrimp, halibut, crab and green lip mussels, married with roasted tomatoes, herbs and a spicy lemon tomato broth.

Christy Casper stopped by the kitchen last week to meet Chef Mark, learn more about the signature dish and of course, dig in!

First, Chef Mark lets the roasted tomatoes and sauce simmer in the frying pan.

Next, the shrimp and halibut are seasoned and sautéed.

Chef then adds the seafood to the sauce.

Red pepper flakes, fried basil and saffron pancetta risotto are prepared separately.

The finished product! A beautiful masterpiece
