Hard work, maximum effort, and persistence are all very important if you want to be successful, however it's more important to have an underlying belief that you are in control of your own success.

This belief will channel positivity powering your brain to believe it can conquer any challenge, complete any task and lead you to success.

If your believe with your mind, you will achieve with your body. FACT.


Change is not always easy. Wether you are taking up exercise for the first time or it's part of your everyday life you need to ensure it's tough enough to encourage your body to change.

Be Smart, chose a style of exercise that you enjoy, nobody sticks to something they dislike.

Be progressive. Start slow and progress yourself over time. When you start to find something easy make it harder to push your body further.

Be experimental. Try exercises that you've never done before, introduce weight training or a new exercise class. Your body gets used to doing the same routine. Change changes the game.
