What does it include in the body?
It includes voluntary muscle, involuntary muscle, smooth muscle, skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, and a tendon.
What functions does it control?
The Muscular System controls voluntary muscle functions which are muscles that the person can control. Another function is also involuntary muscle functions that are muscles that a person can not control, such as stomach muscles, and other organs that are internal
Major Dysfunctions could be muscle injuries. These injuries are bad because they can get worse if the person keeps doing physical activity with a muscle injury. Leaving the injury worse than when it first started.
How do you keep the system healthy?
You keep the system healthy by supplying good nutrients to the muscles, physical activity, and focus to not let the muscle turn into fat.
