What Is Liturgy?

Liturgy is where a group or community of people get together to worship. In the picture above it shows Jesus at the last supper and this represents a very significant Liturgy because it is being conducted by Jesus

Mass as Sacrifice

The Mass as a Sacrifice is intertwined with the Eucharist being a sacrifice.

Community and Liturgy

Liturgy would not exist without community and through the community is how the liturgy was born

Liturgical Diversity In the Church

The liturgy should always correspond with the cultures of all people and it should always be proclaimed, celebrated, and lived in all cultures

Liturgy is unified in the church because it brings people together but at the same time the liturgy is different because the people are different and it's in different places
