To Manage Your Tickets

To manage your ticket plan with your Ticket Return account, just click on IronPigs Baseball on the left side of the screen. The next screen is your account summary containing numerous ticket management functions located in a convenient pull down menu. There is also exclusive online help in the menu at the top of each page.

One of the most popular features of your online account is the ability to print at home or e-mail your tickets. An example is you may wish to give away your seats for a single game, or your tickets may belong to your business and you will need to distribute them to clients and employees without incurring the time and expense of courier service. Ticket Return makes it possible to transfer ownership of game tickets in one of two ways. You can print replacement tickets and give them to a friend or colleague. Or you can send them via e-mail notification allowing the ticket recipient to receive and print game tickets at their home or office. If the recipient doesn’t receive the e-mail, his or her tickets are automatically waiting at will call for pick up on game days. Each ticket is encoded and scanned at the ballpark gate to ensure authenticity. When you transfer the ticket, your online account records the transaction so you have a record of ticket usage for the entire season.

Transferring Tickets Via Email

You may transfer game tickets to friends, family or clients via e-mail notification allowing the ticket recipient to receive and print game tickets at their home or office.

  1. When signed in to your account, click on IronPigs Baseball from the menu to the left side of the screen. This will allow you to view all the tickets you own for the season and their status.
  2. Check the boxes next to the tickets you would like to e-mail.
  3. Select Transfer Selected Tickets from the drop down menu on top of the page. Click Select and Continue.
  4. Choose the option that lets you transfer tickets to another fan by e-mail notification, click continue.
  5. Enter the information of the lucky fan who will be receiving the tickets. You will need this person’s home and e-mail address. If this person is already in our database, select the existing account and continue. If not, create the new account. Then click transfer tickets.

An email notification will be sent to the person who is receiving tickets. Receiving the tickets is as easy as logging into the website and printing the tickets or picking the tickets up at the Coca-Cola Park Ticket Office

Printing Tickets

Tickets can be printed and presented at an event just as you would with an original ticket or in place of your season ticket card.

  1. When signed in to your account, click on IronPigs Baseball from the menu to the left side of the screen. This will allow you to view all the tickets you own for the season and their status.
  2. From the Ticket Management Options, select Print Selected Tickets.
  3. Select the ticket(s) you would like to print. Click the Select Tickets & Continue button.
  4. Select whether you want to print the tickets from a web page or from Adobe Reader. (you must have Adobe Reader installed to use this option)
  5. Click Print Tickets(s).

These tickets are now ready to be scanned at Coca-Cola Park. If your ticket(s) did not print correctly or you lose them, you can either re-print or pick them up at ‘Will Call’ at the Coca-Cola Park Ticket Office with proper identification.

NOTE: When you print a ticket, only one copy will be valid. Tickets contain a bar code and only the first ticket scanned at the event will be accepted.
