Let Them Sleep! Because it's natural

The Hypothalamus creates a chemical called melatonin that when released, causes the feeling of being tired. In teenagers it is released later in the night.

Melatonin can be bought at drug stores for people who have trouble falling asleep

Since it is released later in the night, teenaers will fall asleep later and still have to wake up for school early. If teenagers do not get the proper amount of sleep, they will fall asleep in class

Forsyth County schools need to move their current start time back from 8 o'clock to 8:30 o'clock

Doing well in classes and eventually graduating is the goal of high school. However, none of this can be achieved without the proper amount of sleep.
