In what way was Leah's Life Remarkable?

Leah's life is remarkable because of her experiences with her family, acting, and especially Scientology.

Which personal quality or trait proves most troubling and difficult for Leah?

One of the things that leah struggled with the most is her personality. She is a very loud person and definitely lives up to the stereotypical Brooklyn, New Yorker.

Which quality or trait was the most beneficial in helping her become famous?

I think one quality that really benefited her and helped her stand out is also her personality. While it did cause some problems early on, once she learned to use it to her advantage it helped her tremendously. She was able to charm the people who auditioned her and then get the different parts she's had.

If I has to select a major mistake or bad decision Leah made, what would I pick and why?

I think one big mistake she made was not listening to her gut feelings about the church. She had doubts all throughout her life of Scientology but always brushed them off.

How would I have chosen and acted differently if I was in her position?

If I were in her position, I would have definitely left the church earlier. What she experienced was awful and I wouldn't want to stick around that.

What are the two or three most important lessons I or any other young person might learn from the way Leah lives?

1. One lesson that I learned was that you have to be confident in everything you do. Leah had to learn to speak up for herself and others if she saw something done that wasn't right

2. Another lesson someone might learn is that you can't just sit around waiting for success. It takes lots and lots of hard work to get to where Leah and many other celebrities are in their lives.

3. One more lesson I learned is that you have to be able to listen to your instincts and act on them if needed.

What do I think it takes to be a famous person? After reading, what are my impressions of Leah?

In order to be famous, you have to be hard working, devoted, willing to take criticism, and most of all... talented. I don't know that I would be cut out for it. First, I have no talent worthy of becoming famous for and, I don't know that I could be rejected time and time again.

Leah has shown me that I can achieve things if I never give up and keep trying. After reading, I am even more impressed with her than I was before.

Find a famous quote or saying that summarizes Leah's view on life. Why does this quote summarizes Leah's ideals?

“What I have slowly come to realize, and often still have to remind myself of, is this: There is no “right” way to be. I am flawed and imperfect, but am uniquely me. I don’t fit in and probably never will. And I don’t have to try to anymore. That other person was a lie. And let’s face it, normal is boring. We all have something to offer the world in some way, but by not being our authentic selves, we are robbing the world of something different, something special.” ― Leah Remini, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology

What has happened since this book was published?

Since this book came out in 2015, Leah has done a 9 episode series that focuses on other ex-Scientologist's experiences in the church. This not only helped prove her points that she made in her book but also exposed more problems that occur within the Scientologist church.
