KIDS CLUB the environment must be rich in motives which lend interest to activity and invite the child to conduct his own experiences.” Maria Montessori

Time is flying by fast, in Kids Club and we are so busy that we cannot believe that Thanksgiving celebration is already here and gone! In keeping with the season of "Thankfulness", we want you to know how much we appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness that each of you display.

The children have been learning new Thanksgiving Music /Dance and We have added several new activities and some Turkey Trot fun!! We have been reading Thanksgiving stories about sharing, caring and helping each other. Our Children had lot of fun making Popcorn turkey for thanksgiving treat!!

The children enjoyed making a paper roll turkey and also enjoyed making a folded paper fan turkey.
Have tons of old broken crayons that nobody wants to use anymore? You can upcycle those old art supplies into melted crayon art! Kids art project is fairly simple, easily customizable, and honestly quite striking!
Science Station -Ms.Poirier

Ms. Poirier had the opportunity to introduce our friends in kid club to a few new science experiments. This month we discussed weather patterns and took a look at a tornado in a bottle! We also experimented with seltzer water and watched as we added water colors to make an interesting reaction which made it look like the colors were dancing!

Gym with Mrs.Jha

In Gym., Mrs.Jha warmed the children up and they had lots of great stretching activities which included ' digging'(stretching deep), the windmill (stretching cross ways) They also had a super time working with partners and learning to make circles while standing in front of their friends as well as doing "the twist" to music.
