Trench Warfare made fighting tough but with Americas help the Allies pushed through

Hundred Days Offensive helped the Allies to victory

Post war america

The Allies claimed victory in 1918, and signed the Treaty of Versailles in 1919.

1945 to 1964 was a time of high economic growth and general prosperity

Period of struggle for equality among women and minorities.

Anti-Immigration

Between 1880 and 1920,more than 25 million Immigrants came to America.

The U.S government set up a quote system to limit the number of immigrants.
