HPM2018

The Institute for Advanced Mining Technologies (AMT) at RWTH Aachen University is the organizer of the 1st International Conference on High Performance Mining.

AMT is developing solutions and technologies for today's problems and tomorrow's challenges in mining. Focused on automation, digitization and real-time mining, the AMT Institute is well positioned to work with industry partners nationally and internationally to advance technologies and applications to create the mine of the future.

Co-Organizer

The VDMA Mining is co-organizer of the 1st International Conference on High Performance Mining.

With an export quota amounting to 96 per cent, mining technology is one of the most export oriented branches of the German engineering industry. VDMA Mining represents well-known, mainly medium-sized companies from the sectors open cast mining/materials handling, underground mining, mining processing technology and consulting, research and development.
