Coastal Bend Wellness Coalition

The Coastal Bend WELLNESS Coalition is a group of Community Partners who have come together for a Common Purpose: Community Wellness. We want to strengthen community involvement in HIV Prevention efforts by increasing a sense of community ownership, participation and collaboration in prevention activities.

Our increased local coordination and collaboration among community members, groups, and organizations is trying to increase advocacy, education, and build sustainability to address social determinants of health. We would like to broaden awareness of our HIV services to reach the most vulnerable populations by creating social and physical environments that promote a holistic approach to wellness and good health for all persons.
