Pablo Picasso Bayley wilcox

Pablo Ruiz y Picasso was born on Oct 25 1881, died on April 1973. His cause of death was lung/ heart failure. He was born in Malaga Spain. He got his name when he was baptized, he completed hos first painting when he was nine years old. His first word was 'Lapiz' which means pencil. Cubism was a style that was used by Picasso Georges Braques. It was the first style of abstract which evolved in the beginning of the 20th century to the response of the changing world.

My project is based off of a style Picasso had when he was alive, it was called Jacqueline. A style of art with people or things with long necks, or with different ways of drawings. I had to copy one of Picasso's drawings to see what I would draw in that style. For me to find the background I drew dots in three lines and made it into a road. The style is like a 2-D drawing of a person behind a road and a vine of flowers. I used color pencils to color it in instead of paint. I wanted to make my own style but use the style of Picasso, and It turned out pretty well.
