The Dead Sea

The Dead Sea is a sea. It is located Northeast of Israel, or East of Jerusalem. It is found in the country of Asia.

There are some pretty interesting and surprising facts about the Dead Sea. Here are a few of them. Contrary to the name, the Dead Sea actually isn't a sea, it's a giant salt water lake. Another fact is, water doesn't flow out of the Dead Sea because it is surrounded by land on three sides and the fourth side is where water flows in. One more fact is that the Dead Sea is about 9 times saltier than the ocean.
