Student Teaching Portfolio Ayesha A. Anas

Please note that I will be updating this page periodically.

Introduction

I created this electronic portfolio in partial fulfillment of the multiple-subject teaching credential program at the University of La Verne. It contains artifacts that document and highlight my student teaching experience at Mesa Elementary School during Fall of 2018.

Below is a list of the following five sections with their respective descriptions:

📒Section 1 - Journals:

This section consists of in-depth weekly reflections of my student teaching experience with analyses of the lessons that I taught in the classroom.

📑Section 2 - Lesson Plans and Observation Forms:

This section contains self-created and classroom-implemented lesson plans with evaluations from my University Supervisor.

📃Section 3 - Classroom Management Plan:

This section contains a plan with routines and procedures to facilitate classroom management with my students.

📈Section 4 - Induction Plan:

This section includes a document completed with my Induction Support Provider as part of the induction process. It lists my strengths and personal goals that I need to accomplish.

💼Section 5 - Professional Development:

This section includes a résumé, cover letters for job applications to multiple districts, and a list of professional development activities in which I participated.
