Sun Devil Rewards social media presence has been designed to serve as an extension of the brand, as well as being an open channel for fans to communicate with Sun Devil Rewards

Sun Devil Rewards is present in 4 major social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. Below is a run down of how each of these platforms has been activated.

SOCIAL MEDIA METRICS*

The total number of followers across all tracked social media channels
The total number of engagement actions across all tracked social media channels.
The average number of interactions per post, per follower, on all posts published during SDR's social media life span, across al social channels, expressed as a percentage.

Top Ten Posts per Engagement Rate

Passive engagement with content across all tracked channels. Passive engagement constitutes Twitter Likes, Facebook Reactions, and Instagram Likes.
Active engagement with content across all tracked channels. Active engagement constitutes Facebook and Instagram comments (values above do not include Twitter replies)
Active content amplification across all tracked channels. Active amplification constitutes Facebook shares and Twitter retweets.

*Snapchat does not provide social media metrics. We have estimated (through a manual count) that Sun Devil Rewards has approximately 1,000 followers on that platform. Furthermore, the average view per SDR snap is approximately 300 views.
