Knowing God... for eternity

Every Nation Katipunan Leadership Team during the 5th day of prayer and fasting.

It has been a reward to be lifting everything that we do in the ministry to God at the start of the year. More than physically going to the campuses and places to share the Gospel, we don't just follow the yearly tradition of Prayer and Fasting, but we contemplate to always point reaching the students and in everything we do to Jesus Christ alone.

prayer meeting inside the campus during prayer and fasting
Last January 13, which was the fifth day of Prayer and Fasting, the pastors, full-time staff, campus missionaries, and our student leaders held the rope and declare the Word of God inside University of the Philippines Diliman. As we commit the direction of the local church to focus in reaching out to the students this year, we will continue to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their lives. Together by the grace of God we commit to honor Him and make disciples in the campuses.
Reaching out to students means meeting them in groups and individually. These are the captured moments with the students we are coaching, sharing lives with and reaching out to. From far left below: with Shar, student from Miriam College, Deb from University of the Philippines Integrated School, and Kevin, a former student from University of the Philippines Diliman who is helping out in our campus ministry in UPIS and now who graduated and actively teaching in our Kids Ministry.
Greater things are also happening in the beginning of the year. We started meeting students in San Mateo Rizal every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6:30 PM in SM San Mateo Gong Cha and 9 Waves Resort. God's kingdom is indeed advancing and it is always a privilege to be partnering with you in the ministry.
The world has so much to give to the younger generation of today. Their attention is expose with an inevitable worldly things which can steal, kill, and destroy the very purpose of God in their life. Our mission to prepare student for leadership, integrity, faith, and excellence is nothing apart from the overflow of our encounter with Jesus Christ. Your love to this ministry is the reward of the very purpose of God in our existence. Again, thank you so much for giving your financial partnership to this Kingdom investment. We may be facing personal challenges, but together, we will not stop honoring God in every way. You are God's blessing in the lives of these faces. Thank you very much.
As you also have fully decided in your heart to be God's channel of His blessing in partnering with the missionaries like me in ministering to the students, as James from his letter speaks about faith and endurance, my prayer for you is that, as you need wisdom, that you will continue to ask our generous God, and I declare he will give it to you. Know that God will not rebuke you for asking. As you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do. - James 1:5-8 New Living Translation. Thank you for your undivided heart in faithfully sending me in the field by faith. God bless you all the days of your life.
