Because each piece was stitched together on a bias there is a lot of bulky fabric in the back that doesn't lay very nicely this piece won't sit nicely on the wall. It also doesn't express discourse and tension properly that way. This is a better view.
The lighting is terrible here (my dining room wall light isn't gallery quality what can I say) but you get a better feeling of what the piece looks like looming over you.
Just another lighting test. I am going to repeat the test with the camera to see if it's any better but it needs diffused light. I also want to try it in natural light when it's not so cold.
