Coaches on the Field, Teachers off the Field Nate Loxley

To relieve stress from teacher-coaches at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, teachers should not coach teams.

If coaches are not focused, then the team will no reach it's full potential.

If the coaches are not focused on their athletic duties, the players will lose focus on the team's goal.

If coaches lose focus, players can become confused. This causes the players to ask more questions than necessary.

If teacher-coaches are eliminated at CVCA, the school will see more athletic success in their programs.
