Topic- The Compound Effect explains the strategy of getting huge rewards from small, seemingly insignificant actions. You cannot improve something until you measure it. Always take 100 percent responsibility for everything that happens to you.

Main Points 1- You are responsible for everything you do. The Compound Effect describes how to make small adjustments into big outcomes.

Main Point 2 - You may not notice the results from the small actions, but over a period of time you will see the rewards from your effort

Main Point 3 - To have better awareness on your life predicts you will do better, most successful people are daily trackers of their routines and money spending. Always find out what is wrong with the situation and if you can benefit from it.

Lessons learned - Pay attention to the small things, because over time the small things slowly change into big rewards. You take responsible for everything in life; the effort you put in, you will get back.
