Why Are you giving this up (or adding this) for Lent this year?
I am giving up cracking my knuckles. It isn't good for your fingers, and I can't stop. I will try to stop for Lent, because if I stop now, I might stop for good!
What will be the biggest challenges to living out this commitment?
Trying not to do it is going to be really hard. It is a habit of mine, and I hope to get rid of it.
How will you overcome these challenges?
I will try not to think about it, and since I broke my wrist, I can't do it on my right hand, so I haven't been doing it that much lately.
