Our Year 5 and 6 students had a wonderful time on their trip to Canberra last term! If you are yet to see the photos and hear more about the trip please visit the link to their blog below...

Students from Years 5 and 6 have recently undertaken an education tour of the national capital. Students were given the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational programs with a focus on Australia’s history, culture, heritage and democracy. The Australian Government recognises the importance of all young Australians being able to visit the national capital as part of their Civics and Citizenship education. To assist families in meeting the cost of the excursion the Australian Government is contributing funding of $20 per student under the Parliament and Civics Education Rebate program towards those costs. The rebate is paid directly to the school upon completion of the excursion. This amount has already been deducted from the cost of the excursion.

School small group music lessons

Please note that small group lessons will be commencing next week. Students from Years 3-6 need to bring their instruments and books every Monday & Wednesday as groups will rotate.

Lost Property

Please note that we do not have a lost property cupboard at the new campus. Any lost property is handed into the office where is taken to each classroom every day. Named items are returned to the students. Items that are not named will also be taken around to the classrooms, however, after 2 weeks they will be taken to the uniform shop for resale.

We currently have 2 items of Middle School clothing that are unnamed which are:

  • Size 16 Red Jumper
  • Size 14K Tracksuit pants
  • Black school shoes, 3 grey socks & 1 pillow (these items are from the Canberra Excursion)

We also have a fairly new Junior School sport Jacket size 10.

Level 1

Just a reminder that no parents are to proceed past Level 1. If your child is late you need to bring them to the office (except Prep students) so they can be given a late note to take to their teacher. If you need to pick your child up early, again, come to the office and we will have them come to the office. Thanking you.
