COVID-19 Procedures

Here is a reminder of our COVID-19 procedures, which can also be found on our website.

Families with new or worsening symptoms consisting of any of the following, are asked to remain at home:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea
  • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

At meetings, we will continue to wear masks, use hand sanitizer, and disinfect commonly touched surfaces and items (such as tables, doors, and ceremonial items). For more information see our website and the Opening up Texas website.

Coming Events

We meet most Sundays at 3:30pm at Woodland West Church of Christ in Arlington, TX on the East side, in the gym. We will continue to use the separated tables, one per family. Check with your Den Leader or Facebook for more info!

We also have the following special events coming up soon:

  • Pinewood Derby Workshop - Friday, January 8 (specific time TBD) at the Braden's house. Bring your cars, and we can help you finish things up (or get started)! See the pack website for rules and links to car ideas and where to buy the official pinewood derby car body and wheels.
  • Pinewood Derby - Sunday, January 10 at 3pm at Woodland West. After, there will be a hamburger and hotdog cookout outside. Click here to sign up to bring an item.
  • Parent Meeting - Sunday, January 24 at 3:30pm either virtually or at Woodland West.
  • Recruiting Event - Saturday, January 30, specific time TBD at Woodland West.
  • Blue and Gold Banquet - Sunday, February 13 at 4pm at Woodland West.
