Too Much Stress in College? Meagan McClintock

Stress and anxiety are commonly found in freshmen in college.

Making friends and the unexpected workload can be one of the main causes of stress during college.

Liberty University has a free gym for its students; Including, multiple rooms of equipment and exercise classes.

Physical activity helps decrease stress and anxiety.

These classes could include Zumba, yoga, kettle bells, bootcamp, and much more.

These required classes can give a student a break from the intense work he or she does on the daily.

They will also help students to stop stressing, and start smiling and relaxing!
