Black Mountain Elementary School Preparing students for the global stage

We need your help

If you haven’t already, please log on to your Parent Portal account so you can fill out the information for next year and select your state required parental permissions. Included below are the instructions on how to access the online registration section in the parent portal.

Online Registration can be reached by going to

  1. More
  2. Online Registration
  3. Existing Student Registration
  4. Begin Registration.

The application is completed after you click the red Submit button at the end.

A few parents stated that they had an issue uploading immunization records within the parent portal. If you run into this issue, just finish and press “submit”. Then, email a copy of your immunization records to Christopher Aden Caden@ccusd93.net in the district technology department. Let him know the reason for the email and he will make sure that the immunization records are uploaded for you.

If you have forgotten your password, or need additional assistance with your online registration process, you can also email Christopher Aden Caden@ccusd93.net in the district technology department, or call him at (480) 575-2005.

YOUR BMES PTO wants your feedback!!

It has certainly been a different year than most, and while we were not able to do as many events as usual to celebrate our community, it is still SO important that we gather feedback from ALL of our PTO members (pssst....if you are the parent or guardian of a Bobcat, that's YOU.....) so that we can head into the 2021-2022 school year ready to uphold our traditional of excellence!

Please take 2 minutes to complete the following survey and provide us with your feedback. We want to hear it all, so don't be shy!!

Also, if you are interested in getting involved with our executive board for the coming school year, this is your chance to let us know! We welcome new faces any time!!

Questions? Contact us at bmespto@ccusd93.net

Our staff here at BMES has been BEYOND AMAZING during this crazy year and we want to be sure that they are ALL feeling the love and appreciation from our Bobcat Nation during Staff Appreciation Week (May 3-7) this year. With parents not able to be on campus this year, many classrooms do not have a desingated room parent, so we want to be sure that no one goes un-recognized...they are ALL so deserving.

By signing up below, you will be the point of contact for our hospitality committee for your selected staff member(s) to help us get the word out to other parents about needed donations, decorations, etc for the week. Let's be sure our ENTIRE staff feels the LOVE!!

Thank you in advance for all of your help!

BMES PTO is excited to be putting together a silent auction comprised of themed baskets from each grade level. For each basket, we are asking for donations from families that fit within that theme. Donations can be from suggested items on our lists, or any other items that would make sense with the theme. In past years, these baskets have raised significant funds, often selling for $400+ each. So, use your creativity and let's see which grade level can put together the BEST basket to raise funds for our beloved Bobcats!!

Donations can be sent in with your child or dropped at the front office any time between today and April 30th. All donations should be clearly labeled with which grade level the item is for.

Questions? Please contact BMESPTO@ccusd93.net.

Thank you in advance for your support!
