Friday Night
A big ol' block party on the top of the hill. The annual Washburn Fire & EMS Dance brings out a variety of folks for food, drinks, dance, and lots of fun for the whole family.
Lazy Saturday
Saturday starts downtown where people stroll through the car show while live music plays in the street.
People make their way to the food trucks, food stands, social activities, business' sidewalk activities, and vendor booths to enjoy the day.
Hop on the trolley for a tour of the historic brownstone buildings around Washburn.
Picnic tables in the street, social "backyard" games for all to enjoy, food and drink, live music and people relaxing, gathering, enjoying the block party energy of Washburn.
Sunday's Big Lake Tailgate!
Water fights hosted by the Washburn Fire Department at Thompson's West End Park. Put together a team of 4 or 5 people and have a blast down at the waterfront. It's a party! You'll even see pickup trucks, lined with a tarp, get filled up by the fire hose like a hot tub. Pack-in a picnic or buy food from the Lion's Club food truck. Music fills the air, people of all ages enjoy the waterfront, and the Sunday beach vibe is laid back and social.
