Record-breaking crowds of over 40,000 generated more than €1m per day in sales at the biggest-ever five-day National Crafts and Design Fair, which took place in the RDS from December 2-6, 2015. The Fair was opened by Gerald Nash TD, Minister for Business and Employment.
Over 20,000 Irish food and drink lovers descended on the RDS between November 19-22 for the first annual Bite Food Festival.
Antiques Roadshow stars Judith Miller and Mark Hill head a packed programme which has been organised to celebrate the golden jubilee of the fair.
A collection commemorating Ireland’s best-known retailer, Clerys, was one of the star attractions at the 50th Irish Antique Dealers’ Fair.
"For the past 50 years, people have been attending the fair to discover something different, that magical piece to take home,” said George Stacpoole, chairman of the Irish Antique Dealers Association.
