On September 30, 2019, our beloved Diane Leah will step down as Music Director of MCC Toronto, a position she has held to great acclaim for over 20 years. Through her leadership, MCC Toronto’s Music Ministry has thrived, The Choir of MCC Toronto has grown in stature and reputation, and MCC Toronto has become widely recognized as one of the most accomplished musical Churches in Canada.

During her time with MCC Toronto, Diane has provided music direction to 21 Christmas Eve Services at Roy Thomson Hall, 21 Church on Church Services during Toronto Pride, dozens of special events, and over 2,000 services at MCC Toronto. She has brought MCC Toronto on to the world stage and touched countless lives with her heart and music.

On September 26, 2019 you are invited to join with us for Diane’s Swan Song at MCC Toronto.

Swan Song is your opportunity to join us as we salute and celebrate Diane Leah’s tenure at MCC Toronto. With MC duties by the talented (and funny) Heather Bambrick, Swan Song will feature musical performances from some of Diane’s favourite artists and friends, tributes to Diane from the stage and other surprises and delights. Your evening will be capped off with an elegant and celebratory Post-Reception Party where we can all gather together to raise a glass to Diane and her legacy at MCC Toronto.
