Workshop Description

Attendees will assemble their own computer from a Raspberry Pi and other circuit boards—that's theirs to take home. Then, they'll boot up their computer, powered by the Linux operating system, and learn to code via programs like Minecraft Pi. Attendees will come away with an understanding of what engineering, hardware, and coding have to offer (as well as their new computer). This course has something for everyone from tinkerers to aspiring coders.
