This Exhibit is about Counter Terrorist Operations
This is a movie trailer about the most important operation this Team has gone on
Counter Terrorism is one of the many things that this unit specializes in. They've operated in Grenada, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and more places that we don't we know about because, since they are Tier 1 they are highly Classified.
They have a wide category of highly effective weaponry which is made more effective by the Seals Skill.
The HK416 is an M4 style carbine, but has a fixed barrel to prevent water logging and can fire underwater and can be fired without clearing from coming out from under water.
The Sig Sauer P226 is a reliable Semi Automatic 9mm Side Arm
Navy Seal Training plays a large part in they are such an effective fighting force
Seal Team Training is already very advanced but Seal Team Six takes the Navy Seal Training and expands on it.
In this video a Navy Seal demonstrates things the way Navy Seals do them
Navy seals go through a training course known as BUDS (Basic Underwater Demolition School) and they test you physically and mentally. The section where you lose the most people is known as "Hell Week" its a five day period where you get about 5 to 10 hours of sleep in total and have to survive many challenges. After "Hell Week" you really don't lose many people.
