The Texas A&M University-Kingsville Foundation has raised more than $100 Million in private support through its comprehensive capital campaign, With You. Without Limits. The Campaign for Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Continuing until Aug. 31, 2021, With You. Without Limits. has exceeded its goal 20 months ahead of schedule as dedicated supporters of Texas A&M University-Kingsville continue to propel the university’s opportunities of excellence for students, faculty and staff.

President Mark Hussey & Dean Mohammad Alam Guests at Southwest Research Institute

President Mark Hussey; Brad Walker, Vice President for Institutional Advancement/Foundation CEO; and Dr. Mohammad Alam, Dean of Engineering, were guests of Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio. The day was arranged by Roger Lopez '84, who serves on the College Engineering Deans Leadership Board. Many Javelina Alumni work at Southwest Research Institute and were able to gather with one another and showcase their research.

Vet Tech Student Spends Winter Break Working Alongside the Texas State Aquarium

Victoria Saenz, a first-year veterinary tech at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, recently spent her winter break with the Texas State Aquarium learning firsthand about animal health and assisting with procedures on Aquarium and Wildlife Rescue animals.

Engineering Hall of Fame Open for Nominations

The Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering seeks Engineering Hall of Fame nominations as well as nominations for a new category of recognition - Outstanding Young Alumnus/Alumna.

The Javelina Engineering Hall of Fame designation is presented to alumni who have demonstrated long-time, successful contributions to their careers and communities and have brought special honor to the College of Engineering due to their accomplishments.

The Outstanding Young Alumnus/Alumna designation recognizes graduates of the university who have experienced professional success and who are within 15 years of their graduation from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
