OVERVIEW

William Shakespeare was born in 1564. He had died in 1616. Shakespeare was born in the English town of Stratford-on-Avon. He had fine playwright and poems.

CHILDHOOD

Shakespeare's father was a glove maker. He had studied Latin and classical literature in grammar school.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

In Shakespeare's twentys, he had become an actor for a company in London. William had learned drama by performing and writing many plays for the company in London. Many of his plays were in theaters. Most of these plays were actually performed in the Globe Theatre.

ACHIEVEMENT

Romeo and Juliet is a main play by Shakespeare. This play is about young true love. It is a tragedy play and book because the people can't be together. They sneak in their love. Then Romeo dies and then Juliet dies after that.

ANOTHER ACHIVMENT

Hamlet is another main play by Mr. Shakespeare. He had made this play in 1603. There are newer versions of the play just like Romeo and Juliet. Price Hamlet had killed his brother and married his brothers widow.

MORE ACHIEVEMENTS

Midsummer Night's Dream was a comical play. It was written in early 1600's. Then the first performance was January 1, 1605. This was also a fantasy.
